Design, build, construct - domestic, commercial, industrial construction serving North Queensland and Papua New Guinea.

Doini Constructions is owned and operated by Mr Gregory Neville who is a qualified builder by profession and is a current accredited member of several recognised professional bodies within Australia.

He gained invaluable experience as a Builder during his years within Papua New Guinea and Australia.

In 1990 Greg was appointed as Construction Manager of Coecon Pty Limited and was generally responsible for all the building projects of the organization. A highlight was the successful tender for the contract to construct the Gurney International Airport, Milne Bay Province.

Managing Director.
Construction and joinery projects for South Pacific Post, Fit-out of 22 Kitchens for Lohberger Engineering, Motor Traffic Registry fit-out of internal partition walls for their new office complex. Manufacturing of furniture items and individual fit-out work for private clients. Construction, Renovation and refurbishment of Air Niugini properties. The complete fit-out of Pre-Fabricated office partitioning and supply of furnishing for Privatisation Commission office, 13th floor, Deloitte Tower.

1996 - 1999
TROPICAL HABITAT PTY LIMITED

Managing Director of Tropical Habitat Limited
Civil/Building Construction
Supervision and Construction of Private Medical Hospital, Re-design and renovations at Sir Julius Chan's Residence, Former Prime Minister and also for Sir Mekere Morauta's residence, Acting Prime Minister.

Maintenance/renovations and fit-out projects with S P Brewery, P.O.S.F. Demolition and New Construction of Mr Rimbink Pato's residence. Refurbishment of Mr Ben Micah's residence and Commercial Property.

Civil Construction Manager and Supervision of Construction of a number of projects throughout Papua New Guinea for Coecon Pty Limited.

Tender estimating, construction program for refurbishment of company facilities.

Production and Marketing of Processed Timber Products with South East Asia and Australia.
Management of Sawmill and sawmill plant & machinery. Supervision and training of sawmill staff.

Successfully undertook and completed numerous Domestic and Commercial building projects including the construction of the following :
Two Telicom Veneer Houses ($ 200,000).
Three High School Buildings for Queensland Education Department ($6,000,000)
Commercial Hotel/Motel complex at Caboolture, Brisbane ($2,000,000).
Fire Brigade Station, Rockhampton Airport ($80,000,000)
Various Queensland Government building projects and domestic housing in Brisbane.
Abattoirs Complex in Melbourne for Castricum Brothers ($12,000,000).

CONTRACT CONTROL PTY LTD, ESSENDON VICTORIA

Employed as Foreman supervision and controlling works for Essendon Catholic High School ($1,000,000). Transferred to control the company's operations in the Victorian Alps at Mt Hotham and the construction of two Ski Lodge developments ($500,000).

LEIGHTON CONTRACTORS

Foremen engaged on the section of works for the Magic Mountain Development on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Duties included the supervision and control of both building works and site
earthworks ($5,000,000).

1980 - 1982
J P CORDUKES PTY LTD

Successful completion of apprenticeship as Building Contractor. Employed as a Licensed Carpenter then promoted to foreman for the company.

Employed on Gold Coast High Rise Development ($800,000).
Foreman in charge at Southport Bundall mail exchange project ($2,000,000).
